OMAT electronic electric control valve consists of PSL series or OMAT series linear electric actuators and low flow resistance straight-through single-seat valves. (It can also be paired with linear actuators from other brands). The electric actuator features an integrated electronic structure with a built-in servo amplifier. Control signals (4-20mA DC or 1-5V DC) and power supply can directly regulate the valve opening to adjust process parameters such as pressure, flow, level, and temperature. It offers high sensitivity, simple wiring, large flow capacity, compact size, and high regulation accuracy. Its control precision and performance are significantly improved compared to the LDKZ model and it is recognized as "one of the most acclaimed valves in Europe and America." The sleeve valve provides good stability, low vibration, low noise, and temperature sensitivity. The single-seal type is suitable for applications requiring strict leakage control and low pressure differential with clean media. The double-seal type is suitable for applications with less stringent leakage requirements and higher pressure differentials with clean media. The small orifice throttling type can be used as a low-noise valve. It is widely used in industries such as power, metallurgy, chemical, petroleum, environmental protection, light industry, and equipment.

1. The valve body is designed with an equal cross-section low flow resistance channel based on fluid dynamics principles, increasing the rated flow coefficient by 30%.
2. Wide adjustable range with an inherent adjustable ratio of 50; flow characteristics include linear and equal percentage.
3. The electric sleeve control valve has upper and lower pressure balance holes on the valve plug, resulting in low unbalanced force, good valve stability, strong sleeve interchangeability, and suitability for high pressure differentials.
4. The regulating shut-off type uses a soft seal structure for the valve core, achieving Class VI leakage standards (zero leakage).
5. The servo amplifier employs deep dynamic negative feedback to improve automatic regulation accuracy.
6. Various types of electric operators are available, compatible with 4~20mA DC or 0~10mA DC.
7. The electronic electric control valve can directly control the valve opening via current signals without requiring a servo amplifier.
